A Letter From The CEO - April 22, 2010

Dear Shareholders:

The purpose of this letter is to communicate in a concise manner, our goals and progress going forward.

A Growing Video Game Publisher
Over the next two years, our company will begin to look more like a traditional video game company, except that our expenses are lower and our focus is unique, family-friendly and Christian games. Please take a moment to read our recent press release, followed by important matters to consider.

Press Release of April 21, 2010 - LEFT BEHIND GAMES ANNOUNCES NEW PRODUCTS AND STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS

Murrieta, CA, April 21, 2010 - Left Behind Games Inc. (OTC: LFBG) a leading publisher of Christian video games, today announced some of the additions to its product line being developed for the 2010 holiday season as well as for Easter 2011. New games include Charlie Church Mouse: Bible Adventures 3D, LEFT BEHIND 3: Rise of the Antichrist, King Solomon's Bible Trivia and a sing-a-long Christian music game yet to be named. Recent agreements with LifeLine Studios and Cloud 9 Games have paved the way for these new developments.

Charlie Church Mouse: Bible Adventures 3D creates a new world, similar to a virtual amusement park, where gamers will be able to visit various "Stories from the Bible." LEFT BEHIND 3: Rise of the Antichrist, will have advanced graphics and playability in the real-time strategy category. Hopefully, it will follow in the footsteps of LEFT BEHIND: Eternal Forces, which became the most widely distributed Christian game in history. King Solomon's Bible Trivia and the new sing-a-long Christian music games will benefit from the technology already developed by Cloud 9 Games for their previously published Solomon Says Trivia and Heavenly Harmony Gold games.

Left Behind Games, CEO, Troy Lyndon, says, "These developments are significant because the new enhanced games with existing name brand recognition will be released this holiday season for the PC. It is also our intent to develop Charlie Church Mouse: Bible Adventures 3D, King Solomon's Bible Trivia and the sing-a-long Christian music game for the Nintendo Wii and Microsoft XBox in time for Easter 2011.

Most ambitiously, Left Behind Games plans to release Bible Adventures Game World, an on-line Christian virtual game for kids. It is being designed with a Christian-themed atmosphere to provide an alternative interactive game world similar to the popular ClubPenguin.com acquired by Disney. The new online game is scheduled for release in 2011.

Director of LifeLine Studios, Jeff Dotson, says, "Before collaborating with Left Behind Games three years ago, we had developed our own publishing company and were a pioneer in the Christian video game space. We are delighted that Curtis Ratica of Cloud 9 Games will be part of our team as well. Now, with the experience of three independent publishing companies coming together with one focus, we see our future as brighter than ever."

Although we do have the tax benefit of having paper losses of $50 million since we started 8 years ago, we have only spent $12 million in that same time period. This amount is actually less money than most video game companies now spend to develop one game.

Chat Rooms, Blogs and Message Boards
On the chat rooms, blogs and message boards, there are comments about losses, dilution and other issues which are made without consideration for the fact that we are still in the developmental stages, and pioneers in a new segment of the video game business. Therefore, we should not be compared to an established company with earnings and revenues in a mature segment.

Your Investment Strategy
If you are interested in seeing the Christian video games market grow, stand steadfast. Did you know that virtually every private investor who has averaged-down, keeping the long-term goal in mind, is actually up on their investment in LFBG? Many have reported returns exceeding 500%. It is important to base your investment strategy on goals. But when the stock is down and you are also down on your investment, it's time to reinvest to lower your average price per share or choose to walk away, selling out your position. But doing nothing may be a mistake and insure a long-term loss. So, I urge you to consult your financial advisor.

Upcoming 2nd Test Walmart
Today, our distributor received all of our new artwork and master discs for our repackaged products, three of which are expected to be a part of the new Walmart test. This test is expected to include less stores than our Texas test, but be spread out across a number of states. It's important to understand that Walmart was surprised by the successful results last year. All of our games sold in the top 12% of their PC games category.

Nintendo Wii, Microsoft XBox, Reps and Distribution
To understand the momentum our company is building, it is very important to understand that our Rep Firm, the people who speak to every major retailer in the country, also represent Star Wars games for LucasArts. Our distributor has accounts with virtually every major retailer in the country. In 2011, when our platform games become available, these relationships will prove invaluable. Our focus now turns to our product line as described in the press release. We have everything in place. All we need to do is work hard and stay focused to see our plan through.
